ADMIN FEE: 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once at the check-in date. Internet included in the rental (hidden), all other bills are to be paid separately (100 euros for kitty).
DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one month rent. More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two months rent.
BILLS: the bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
CHECK IN: - Tenants must show up at our office at Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to collect the keys.
- If the check in is outside working hours or on weekends, an agent will be sent to the apartment with the keys. A late check in charge of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9:00 p.m., and 40 euros after 11:00 p.m.
