Italian Business Developer

We’re hiring a Business Developer to join our team. We are growing and for that we need you!

A business developer works towards improving the market position of the company and achieving financial growth; through building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating business deals. As our BB, you will be in constant interaction with potential and existing customers via different channels, including phone, text messages, video, and e-mail.

As our Business Developer you will be in charge of:

Performance of our Key Accounts and work with leading property managers across Europe (focus in Italy)

Finding new leads through our current lead generation channels and identify new channels and practices.

Perform meetings with landlords to close the deal and upsell (most of the activities related to this area will take place over the phone or over video calls).

Identify improvement points within our processes and discuss them with your Team Leader to implement changes driving higher performance of your accounts.

Supporting customers when using our platform, creating new listings, optimization of the current listings, performing translations and other tasks that help grow our business.

Your profile:

Great communication skills; fluent English and Italian on a native level.

Strong appetite for sales, not afraid to pick up the phone or make cold calls.

Results-driven, hardworking and eager to learn.

Very good Microsoft Office (specially Excel knowledge)

Good time management skills, prioritization is key!

Preferred skills:

1-2 years’ experience in relevant industry.

Customer service, sales or customer research experience would be appreciated.

Preference for areas of study in: Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication,

Tourism or Hospitality
