- Within November 5th another installment of 25% is due

For rental period of less than 10 months:
- At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450€ + 50% of the remaining amount

The Landlord only accepts booking requests that are semestral and annual.
SEMESTRAL:
- from September 1st to February 28th
- from March 1st to August 31st
ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st. For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:
