This comfortable student complex is conveniently located close to several universities. It features a luxurious inner courtyard with a huge swimming pool, a rooftop paddle tennis court, a gym, a restaurant and much more. Description of the studio and what it includes

The studios at Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo have a surface area of 23m². They include a private coffee area, a bathroom and a terrace. The height of the studio is approximately 280cm. At this location you will find the studios fully furnished. Everything you need to feel comfortable, including a double bed, a wardrobe, curtains, a linen pack and useful items, as well as a TV and WiFi connection. Automatic shutters are included in each studio to easily control the light and keep the studio cool, an air conditioning unit for heating and cooling so you can set your ideal temperature and an easy and secure access card and electricity activation to ensure control of usage.

Cleaning service is provided every two weeks and includes general cleaning of the floors and other surfaces of the studio, balcony and bathroom, change of towels and sheets.

The price includes VAT, use of electricity, water, internet, cleaning service, taxes, 24/7 security and free use of all common areas and facilities of the complex.

Coffee area

The coffee area has a worktop and sink. Cabinets above and below the worktop provide ample storage space. The area is equipped with a fridge and waste bin. You will also receive a new packet of practical items.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom has a large washbasin and wall mirror, a large shower and toilet. A brand new bathroom set is provided which includes: 2 bath towels, 2 vanity towels, 2 hand towels, 1 toilet roll and 1 bath mat.

Adapted studios

The adapted studios are available on reservation, subject to availability, and have a surface area of 27m² and a balcony of 6m². The adapted studios are specially designed and prioritised for students with reduced mobility requirements.

Meal plan

The location has a restaurant. You can select one of the following options: half board with breakfast and lunch for 305€ (20 tickets for breakfast and 20 tickets for lunch or dinner), full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 420€ (20 tickets for breakfast and 40 tickets for lunch or dinner), or none of the above.
