The RESIDENCE PERMIT for Study must be requested from the relevant Police Headquarters (Immigration Office reference) within 8 days of the student's entry into the territory, via postal kit. PAYMENTS:

- Bed linen and towels (optional): €60 (one-time) - payable 3 months for 3 months (€180)

- Admin Fee 200€ - Transfer of Building: 35€ (payable at check-in)

- Initial cleaning fee: €120 (payable at check-in)

- Bills payable to the landlord at the beginning of each month: * €200 per month for single occupancy * €350 per month for double occupancy (if allowed and accepted by the landlord). * Please note that if the amount of bills exceeds the maximum consumption limit, the tenant is required to pay the remaining consumption difference. The amount covers the following bills: * Electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi * Condominium expenses (Condo) * TARI (waste management bill) * TV fee

* Check-in hours: 9AM to 5.30PM from Monday to Friday

* Check-out hours: 9AM to 5.30PM from Monday to Friday

* Late check-in/out: After hours, weekend or bank holiday check-ins: 60€ extra fee
