Seasonal Rental for Leisure or Holiday Purposes Only. Min 32 Days | Max 11 Months.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.

Rental conditions:

Monthly price: one month rent + Utilities + Internet.

Admin fee: one month rent (VAT incl.) + final cleaning fee 240€ (VAT incl.) + Contract preparation 200€ (VAT incl.)

Security deposit: 2 months' rent. For stays of less than 5 months, the security deposit is 1.5 months' rent. (One month rent is the value without utilities + Internet)

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.

Important observations:

This apartment is currently for sale. In case of sale during the rental period, the tenant will be given 2 months' notice to vacate the apartment. Must allow visits from potential buyers, max. 2 days per week
