Temporary Rental in Barcelona. Min 32 Days | Max 12 Months.

This property is offered under a temporary rental agreement (non-primary residential use), intended exclusively for individuals who can demonstrate a temporary housing need, such as professionals temporarily relocated for work purposes, students, or individuals staying in Barcelona for academic reasons or other temporary circumstances not related to leisure or tourism.

Documentation proving the temporary nature of the stay will be required (for example, an employment contract, university enrollment certificate, or other supporting documents), as well as proof of permanent residence outside Barcelona.

Rental conditions:

Monthly price: one month rent + Utilities + Internet.

Admin fee: one month rent (VAT incl.) + final cleaning fee (VAT incl.) + Contract preparation (VAT incl.)

Security deposit: 2 months' rent. For stays of less than 5 months, the security deposit is 1.5 months' rent. (One month rent is the value without utilities + Internet)

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.

Important observations:

This apartment is currently for sale. In case of sale during the rental period, the tenant will be given 2 months' notice to vacate the apartment. Must allow visits from potential buyers, max. 2 days per week
