As an Inlife Landlord, you will only pay for the accommodations you rent through us.
As simple as this: not rented through Inlife? You don’t pay anything.
You have 1 to 50 listings:
Top Landlord: 5% of the contract value.
Let’s imagine a tenant books their accommodation for 6 months, each month being €600.
The whole contract value would be €3.600, and the landlord would have to pay Inlife 5% of that, that is €180
Standard Landlord: 8% of the contract value.
Using the same example as before, the landlord would have to pay 8% of €3.600. That is €288
You have more than 50 listings:
Top Landlord: 4% of the contract value
In this case, and continuing with the example mentioned above, the landlord would have to pay Inlife €144.
Standard Landlord: 6% of the contract value
Being a Standard Landlord would mean paying 6% of €3.600 to Inlife, which is €216.
All of these payments would, of course, be applied only when the booking is made, and deducted from the first rent to be transferred to the landlord.
